• Use low speeds (2 – 4) for light mixing such as dressings, marinates, batters and foods that require mixing until just combined.
  • Use Medium speeds (5 – 8) for blending soups and aerating liquids.
  • Use High speeds (9 – 12) for emulsifying ingredients such as mayonnaise and making cocktails.
  • Do not place hot or boiling liquids in the blender. Allow to cool before placing in the blender jug.
  • Do not place more then 2 cups of ingredients into the blender before the blending commences. Once the blades are turning up to speed, use the opening from where the inner lid/measuring coup sets into the outer lid to slowly add ingredients to the blender jug.
  • The blender will not knead dough or mash potatoes.
  • Ensure all foods are cut into even sized cubes before adding.
  • Blend thick mixtures when the blender is between 1/4 to 1/2 full only.
  • Place liquid ingredients into the blender before solid ingredients.
