• Allow the Panini Grill to cool before cleaning. It is easier to clean with still slightly warm.
  • Wipe the cooking plates with a soft damp cloth to remove food residue.
  • For baked-on food, squeeze some warm water mixed with cleaning detergent over the food residue then cleaning with a plastic washing pad or a soft nylon washing brush.
  • The included Cleaning Spatula can be used to remove baked-on food residue as well.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the grill plates as this can scratch the coating. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the metal coating as this can scratch and damage it.
  • Remove the drip tray after each use and wash in warm soapy water.
