• Always allow the Panini Grill to preheat until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
  • The green ‘READY’ light will go on and off during operation. This is normal as the grill is working to keep the grill plates heated to the selected temperature.
  • Do not pierce meat with a fork or cut meat while cooking. This will allow the juices to escape from the meat, resulting in a tougher, dryer cut of meat.
  • When removing fish pieces, use a flat, heat resistant plastic spatula to support the food.
