The Electric Wok is made of the highest grade materials to ensure it will last for years to come. However, with all appliances, some maintenance and care is needed to keep it working in optimal condition.

  • Do not immerse the temperature control probe, the cord, or the plug in water or any other liquid.
  • After each use, wipe the interior of the cooking bowl with a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • The glass lid can be washed with hot soapy water or placed in a standard dishwasher for a regular washing cycle. This is also true with the spatula though we recommend placing the spatula on the top shelf.
