  • To avoid food drying on the blades, mesh, or transparent parts, rinse and wash as soon as possible after use.
  • The pulp container can be lined with a biodegradable bag to collect the pulp.
  • To clean the motor base, ensure that the dial is in the OFF position and the base is unplugged from the wall outlet. Wipe the base with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly before plugging back in or assembling the juicer.

  • The juice cover and juice jug are not dishwasher safe.
  • The filter basket needs to be cleaned very thoroughly after each use.
  • If pulp is left to dry, it may clog the fine pores of the filter mesh which an drastically effect the performance of the filter basket. Soak the filter basket, mesh down, in hot soapy water for 10 minutes to ensure all food is loosened from the mesh.
  • Hold the filter basket under running water and, using the brush, scrub in a circular motion to clear the pulp from the inside of the basket, including the blades.
  • Turn the basket over to brush away pulp from the outside of the basket and repeat if necessary.
  • After cleaning, hold the filter basket up to a light source and look through the mesh. If the light is not easily seen through the pores, repeat the soaking and cleaning on the filter basket. Alternately you can soak the mesh in a solution of 10% lemon juice to help clear the pores.
  • After 10 minutes of soaking, brush the mesh with the cleaning brush again.
  • Do not soak the filter basket in bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleansers.
