• Before inserting the Temperature Control Probe into the socket on the skillet, ensure that the socket is completely dry by shaking out any excess water and wiping both the interior and exterior dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
  • Use only the Temperature Control Probe that came with the purchased skillet. Do not use any other probe or connector.
  • While hot, do not run the glass lid under cold water or place on any cold surface. This may cause the glass to crack.
  • The Temperature Control Probe can be stored inside the skillet on the Thermal Pro™ by simply lining the pan with 2 sheets of kitchen paper and placing the probe on the paper. The kitchen paper will ensure that the probe does not scratch the non-stick surface.
  • When sautéing, if using oil, use setting 12. However, if using butter, use setting 10 to avoid burning the butter.
  • Do not use metal utensils in the skillet. They can scratch the non-stick surface.
  • Do not leave plastic utensils in contact with the hot skillet surface while cooking.
